  • Boat information — vessel name, make, model, year, slip and marina location.
  • Service details — what you've asked us to do, photos you upload, our service notes.
  • Payment information — payment is processed by Stripe; we store only the last 4 digits of your saved card for reference.
  • Communications — calls, SMS messages, and email between you and Marco.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule, perform, and follow up on service appointments.
  • Send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and invoices via SMS or email.
  • Respond to your questions and provide concierge customer support.
  • Maintain accurate service records for warranty and history purposes.
  • Improve our service and operations.

SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Marco Mobile Marine Services related to your bookings and service. Messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, technician en-route updates, and invoice or payment notifications.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate Marco:

  • Quo for phone and SMS communications.
  • Resend for transactional email delivery.
  • Stripe for payment processing.
  • Google Workspace for our internal email and calendar.
  • Cloudflare and Vercel for hosting and security.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Marco, our customers, or others.

Your Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access the information we hold about you.
  • Request corrections to inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to our recordkeeping obligations.
  • Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP.
