These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Marco Mobile Marine Services LLC ("Marco," "we," "us," "our") website, communications, and services. By booking, contacting us, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Marco provides mobile marine maintenance, repair, detailing, and related services in Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, and surrounding areas along the Paradise Coast. Service availability depends on scheduling, technician availability, and location.

Booking and Scheduling

When you submit a booking request, you authorize us to contact you to confirm details. Bookings are not confirmed until we acknowledge them by phone, SMS, or email. We reserve the right to decline service or reschedule based on weather, safety, or operational constraints.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive automated text messages from Marco related to your bookings, including confirmations, reminders, technician en-route updates, invoices, and payment receipts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; we will stop sending marketing-style messages and confirm via a single follow-up SMS. Reply HELP for help. See our full SMS Policy for complete details.

Pricing and Payment

Service pricing depends on the work performed, parts used, location, and timing (regular vs. emergency/after-hours). Estimates may be provided in advance for larger jobs. By accepting service, you agree to pay for labor, parts, applicable taxes, and any travel or after-hours charges as disclosed at the time of booking or service.

We accept payment by credit card (processed by Stripe). For accounts on file, you authorize Marco to charge your saved payment method for services performed. Net-terms billing is available for qualifying accounts.

Warranties and Liability

Marco provides services with reasonable care and skill, using manufacturer-certified procedures for authorized brands (Yamaha, Honda, Mercury Marine). Parts carry manufacturer warranties as applicable. Workmanship warranty terms are disclosed with the applicable service.

Limitation of liability:To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marco's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment with reasonable advance notice. Same-day cancellations of scheduled (non-emergency) service may incur a trip charge.

Acceptable Use of Our Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to interfere with the website's security or operation.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish content without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
