SMS Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

This SMS Policy describes how Marco Mobile Marine Services LLC ("Marco") uses text messaging (SMS) to communicate with you about your bookings and service. By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS, you agree to the terms below.

How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS from Marco in any of these ways:

  • Submitting the booking form on this website and checking the SMS consent checkbox.
  • Calling our number, 239-350-BOAT, to book service.
  • Texting our business number directly.

Types of Messages You May Receive

  • Booking confirmations — when we've received and confirmed your request.
  • Appointment reminders — typically the day before service.
  • Technician en-route updates — when our tech is on the way to your boat.
  • Invoices and receipts — when service is complete.
  • Follow-up — review requests, seasonal service reminders, or other relationship messages.
  • Two-way conversation — if you reply, we'll respond to your questions.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your bookings and conversations with us. A typical service may generate 3–5 messages (confirmation, reminder, en-route, complete, follow-up). We do not send promotional blast messages.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. Marco does not charge you for SMS — your carrier may.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS from Marco at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. We will send one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further marketing-style messages.

Note: opting out of SMS does not affect transactional messages essential to a service already in progress (e.g., we may still confirm a tech is en route for an appointment you booked before opting out).

How to Get Help

Reply HELPto any of our SMS messages, or contact us by phone or email below. We'll get back to you quickly.

Supported Carriers

Marco's SMS service is compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and message content are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your number with anyone for marketing purposes.
